QuickBooks access

The app connects to QuickBooks Online only after user authorization. It uses QuickBooks data in read-only mode and does not create, update, delete, post, approve, void, or modify QuickBooks records.

The app may access financial reports, account balances, transactions, bills, invoices, customers or donors, vendors, accounts, classes, locations, and accounting metadata.

How data is used

QuickBooks data is used only for KPI dashboards, financial snapshots, alerts, reporting, and AI-generated explanations configured for each client by BookSmrt LLC.

• QuickBooks refresh tokens are encrypted server-side.
• API keys and secrets are not exposed in browser code.
• Data is not sold.
• Data is not shared with advertisers.

Disconnecting and deletion

Users may disconnect QuickBooks access through QuickBooks or Intuit connected apps settings. Users may also request deletion or help by contacting aarons@booksmrt.com.
